Pheasant

Title: Pheasant

This painting is part of a collection called "Birds of Nuneham", a place I once called home in the countryside of Oxford, where I was surrounded by wildlife and, on many occasions, I got to see pheasants, the picture of the British countryside, with their beautiful shiny coloured feathers of purples, turquoise, browns and red, standing tall at the side of the road.

Size: 70 x 70cm

Original painting created with high-quality oil paints on a 70 x 70cm museum-grade, lightweight aluminium canvas; finished with a satin varnish to ensure both protection and longevity.
